This class teaches basic boxing skills and techniques, designed to increase muscular strength and cardio endurance: the perfect class to get shredded! We will include cardio calisthenics, shadow boxing, bag/pad work and core strengthening exercises.

MUAY THAI CONDITIONING

This dynamic ass kicking workout combines Muay Thai combinations on thai pads with high intensity sports conditioning drills to sculpt your most important assets! Get ready to sweat like crazy, build a rock solid core, and burn hundreds of calories!

Throughout the class, you will be partnered up to run through a variety of advanced drills which will assist you in improving your Muay Thai techniques.

This total body conditioning class is based on the same training methods fighters use. We will push you beyond what you thought was possible with explosive cardio, plyometric drills and non stop intervals.

FITNESS TEST

All Bellatrixx Warriors are invited to enjoy Saturdays in the Warriors Playground. Stations are set up to test all the different components of fitness. Here you get to measure how far you have come and set goals to see how far you will go.
