This dynamic ass kicking workout combines Muay Thai combinations on thai pads with high intensity sports conditioning drills to sculpt your most important assets! Get ready to sweat like crazy, build a rock solid core, and burn hundreds of calories!

All men are welcome to join this dynamic ass kicking workout! The class combines Muay Thai combinations on thai pads with high intensity sports conditioning drills.

Muay Thai Grading

Throughout the class, you will be partnered up to run through a variety of intermediate/advanced drills which will assist you in improving your Muay Thai/boxing techniques.

HIIT

Get ready to add HIIT workouts to your life and take your fitness to the next level. You’ll be addicted to the results. These HIIT workouts build cardiovascular fitness while improving strength, building lean muscle and maximising calorie burn.

Warriors Playground

This class will challenge you and improve all aspects of your fitness, including cardio, strength, power, explosiveness and muscle endurance.

Core

Challenge your abdominals, glutes, hamstrings and back muscles with this 45min non-impact, non-cardio class. Sure to challenge you front to back, top to bottom.
