This dynamic ass kicking class will give you the ultimate workout based on Muay Thai techniques and moves. Get ready to sweat like crazy, build a rock solid core, and burn hundreds of calories! A fun class perfect for all fitness levels!

SETS & REPS

ALL LEVELS

Define and strengthen your body in this awesome muscle conditioning class! This workout is designed to define your muscles, build endurance and give you the results you desire! We will use dumbells, barbells, kettlebells, TRX and your own bodyweight to tone your upper body, lower body, and core! Experience weight training in a fun group class with expert instruction.

MUAY THAI SKILLS

ALL LEVELS

Throughout the class, you will be partnered up to run through a variety of drills which will assist you in improving your Muay Thai techniques.

FIGHT FIT

ALL LEVELS

This fun and ever changing total body conditioning class is based on the same training methods fighters use. We will push you beyond what you thought was possible with explosive cardio, plyometric drills and non stop intervals. Modifications for all fitness levels are provided.

CORE CONDITIONING

ALL LEVELS

This class is an intense abdominal workout designed to tone your abs, back and butt. Our highly-trained instructors will show you plenty of new moves that work muscle groups you didn’t even know you had to create the body you want!

BELLATRIXX FUNDAMENTALS

ALL LEVELS

Whether you are new to the game or need to brush up on your skills, this is where it’s done. Our experienced trainers will show you correct footwork, pad holding, punching and kicking technique.
